1. Retreat Overview

Rising into Radiance is a curated 6-week guided program culminating in a 3-night in-person retreat at Canyon Ranch Tucson. Your purchase secures your participation in this program and retreat.

2. Payment Terms

• Total investment: $4,995 USD per person.

• You may pay in full or through a three-month payment plan of $1,795 USD per installment.

• For payment plans, the first installment is due at registration, with two additional payments automatically charged at 30-day intervals.

• Payment in full must be completed by January 31, 2026 to maintain your reservation.

• Your spot is not guaranteed until your first payment is successfully processed.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.
Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and the significant upfront costs to secure accommodations and experiences, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling conflicts

• Illness or personal circumstances

• Travel disruptions

• Changes of mind

4. Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another eligible participant at no additional cost, subject to the following conditions:

• Notification must be made in writing to the organizer at least 60 days before the retreat start date.

• The replacement participant must agree to all Terms & Conditions and complete payment arrangements.

• No transfers will be permitted within 90 days of the retreat start date.

5. Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizer (due to circumstances such as natural disasters, venue closures, or other unforeseen emergencies), participants will receive the option of:

1. Full credit toward a future retreat of equal or greater value, or

2. Transfer of credit to another person.
   No cash refunds will be issued.

6. Travel Responsibility

Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Canyon Ranch Tucson. The organizer is not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or other travel issues. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.

7. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

This retreat includes wellness practices, group experiences, and optional physical activities. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. By registering, you acknowledge that you are physically and mentally capable of participating and release the organizer from liability related to any injuries, illnesses, or conditions incurred before, during, or after the retreat.

8. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to maintain a respectful, kind, and safe environment. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund if their behavior jeopardizes the safety, integrity, or experience of the group.

9. Photography & Media Release

By attending the retreat, you grant the organizer permission to use group photography and video taken during the event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the retreat.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the no-refund policy and automatic payment plan structure.
